Exhibit Agreement

• Submissions shall constitute an agreement to comply with all the conditions set forth in this entry form. We reserve the right to photograph and reproduce in any form the Novi Home Show entries for purposes of publicity and/or education.

• The Brighton Art Guild, and its agents acting on behalf of the Guild, are not responsible for loss of or damage to any artwork while in the Guild’s possession. Insurance is the responsibility of each artist.

Entry Process

• Brighton Art Guild members only.  Must be a Brighton Art Guild 2026 Member prior to April 21, 2026.

• Artist can submit up to four pieces. Artwork will be included in the exhibit based on space, aesthetics and at the discretion of the curator.

• The Brighton Art Guild is not collecting a registration fee for this event.

• The Novi Home Show is not charging an entry fee for participants in our booth.

• Exhibitor badges will be available for pickup during move-in and must be worn at all times while on the show floor.

• We are supposed to be receiving a map of the building layout. I will forward it to everyone once I receive it.

• Exhibitor entrance and parking are located at the back of the building through doors 3 or 5. Exhibitors may not enter through the front, main show doors.

• Parking - parking charges are set by the Showplace.  You are able to purchase a Weekend Pass for $15/car or pay $10/car at the gate per day. I will provide details on the parking pass once I receive them.

• Art must be for sale. The Brighton Art Guild receives a commission of 20% on all artwork sold. Checks will be sent out after the end of the show.

• This form information will be used to generate the artwork gallery cards. The information on the gallery cards will appear exactly as you enter it on this form. If you make a spelling error, it will be on the gallery card. If you use all lower case text, that's how it will appear on the gallery card. So proofread the information you provide.

​Art Take-in:  Likely during the afternoon of April 23rd at the exhibit space. I will provide additional details once this is finalized.

 

Art Take Down/Pickup: April 26th starting at 5:01pm at the Novi Home Show, 46100 Grand River Avenue, Novi. This take-down will be different compared to our other exhibits as all the other exhibits will be taking down at the same time and existing out the same doors. It will likely be very hectic.

Eligibility & Requirements

• You can submit up to four pieces of artwork. 

• All work must be original, created solely by the artist, must be dry and wired. 

• Maximum outside dimension of 42”, width or height including frame.

• Artwork must be in excellent condition, ready for secure installation and properly labeled before delivery.  All 2D work must be framed and ready for hanging with hooks and a wire.  Sawtooth hangers will be rejected.  Canvases may be framed, wrapped, or have painted sides.  All 3D work must be free standing, stand on a pedestal, or hang securely with wire or rod.  Unsuitably prepared, hazardous, unstable, or extremely fragile work will be declined.  Submit alternative installation methods for consideration to brightonartguild@gmail.com prior to April 21 , 2026
