Exhibitor Volunteer Schedule

Brighton Wine Art and Music Festival

2021

Brighton Main Street
Wine, Art, Music Festival

Get Your Art Ready for Wine Art and Music Festival
The annual Main Street festival sponsored by the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for July 30 to August 1. The Guild will have a 3-tent space in front of CoBach and will display art by Guild members outside in tents along with Brighton with Art exhibition winners inside of CoBach. About half of the tent will be devoted to work $200 and under. Artists who have craft items and small fine art pieces are invited to bring 10 items at a time which can be replenished when sold.

Let's put our best out there as this is the main interaction with the Guild for many festival visitors. Frame up your inventory or get busy and make something fantastic and new! Lower priced items such as prints and small paintings tend to sell best, but we have sold items for $500 and more. It’s been a long year of few exhibits SO take advantage of this chance to sell some work.

Did we mention there is no entry fee?

This exposure at the Festival is one of the benefits of being an Guild member. With many hands for set up, Festival sitting and take down, it leaves plenty of time for catching up with or getting to know members and fairgoers while enjoying easy access to air conditioning and restroom facilities in the CoBACH Center.  You must be a 2021 member of the by July 28, 2021.

Exhibitors in WAM are asked to volunteer for three hours shifts during the Festival.   You are welcome to bring a companion/spouse to join you for your shift but must stay at the Guild tent or inside CoBACH during your shift time.

First and last shifts of the day will open/close the tents.  Two volunteers will be stationed outside to enjoy interacting with the public and catching up with fellow Guild member.  One volunteer will sit in the CoBACH building and hand out People's Choice voting ballots for the Brighton with Art exhibition.  It is encouraged for volunteers to move between positions during their shift.   Please indicate whether or not you are comfortable ringing up sales on the form below.

Please select first, second and third choice shifts. Shifts will be assigned on a first come basis and updated daily until Festival.  Notification of your shift will be by email, and the final schedule will be posted on the home page of this website.  There will also be an opportunity to sign up at in-take on the 28th of July
